I bought the skirt for my niece and got it for a very good price. It was very beautiful and since she loves Roxy I knew I couldn't go wrong with this one. It is very short(not a bad thing for my niece) and it's small in the waist area so it did fit her but tightly. She loved it so much that she kept it.
